Update Jan. 9, 2020

Heading into my 42nd year of weight training since age 15 and arguably in my best condition ever and spending much less time doing it. Sure, I've been bigger by 20 plus lbs but not this lean with decent muscle development. Feel great with zero joint pain due to an anti inflammatory eating lifestyle and working out correctly with slow, strict movements making every rep count.
