Pics from July 24th. Changed my routine to working small muscle groups
only 1 x every 3 weeks, larger groups 2 x every 3 weeks, and 2 weaker
muscles groups 1 x week. Saves a lot of time to do other things. Some
important keys are doing it hard (1 set except for legs and chest) and
staying on point with the healthy eating along with intermittent
fasting.
