Heading into my 42nd year of weight training since age 15 and arguably
in my best condition ever and spending much less time doing it. Sure,
I've been bigger by 20 plus lbs but not this lean with decent muscle

only 1 x every 3 weeks, larger groups 2 x every 3 weeks, and 2 weaker
muscles groups 1 x week. Saves a lot of time to do other things. Some
important keys are doing it hard (1 set except for legs and chest) and
staying on point with the healthy eating along with intermittent
fasting.</div>

<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: small;">Went back to the drawing board so to speak and made some small
adjustments and working towards best shape ever by 51st birthday coming
up soon. Before, I was getting too comfortable with the "minimalist
approach" and went a little too far on minimizing albeit very hard
set/reps per body part. I still do that approach and still do basically
one hard set per body part with the exception of one or two lagging body

triceps. Mike Mentzer said they're the best all around triceps builder. I believe

is an excellent high anti-oxidant health dish prepared today (this meal is eaten every day or a variation with similar ingredients - sometimes brown rice is substituted for whole wheat pasta, etc). The ingredients are </span></b></b><br />
<b><b><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">fast cook brown rice (from Trader Joe's), tuna, black beans, shredded carrots, raw
spinach, tomato sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, clove of raw garlic
(natural penicillin and prevents lung cancer), red
onion, teaspoon cayenne pepper (it's very good for your circulatory
system, heart and joints), ceylon cinnamon (very good for joints). Eat a
meal or 2 like this every day and it will keep the doctor AWAY providing
no other unhealthy habits. Lots of
water too. It's also very tasty and filling I might add. **NOTE**
Regarding the spices, they are a goldmine for health like preventing
cancer and healing joint pain. I take cayenne, cinnamon and turmeric
(mixed with olive oil and black pepper for absorption) in abundance
daily and have zero joint pain like I use to have. No more knee,
shoulder or finger joint pain. Ginger is another really good one. They
